Official Rules for the M/I Homes of Cincinnati, LLC, (“Sponsor”) Taylor Swift Concert Tickets Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This contest is open to all visitors to the M/I Homes Harmony Model in Boone County, KY on March 14, 2010. Entrants must be a legal resident of the United States and eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and family members of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible. To enter, complete the official contest entry form available at the M/I Homes Harmony Model on March 14th, 2010, with your name, address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and/or e-mail address, and deposit the completed entry form in the ballot box on or before 3:00 pm on March 14th, 2010. One entry per customer. All entries must be received by 3:00 pm on March 14th, 2010. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, ineligible, damaged, misdirected, undeliverable, altered, forged or delayed entries. There will be only One (1) winner. The One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Taylor Swift Concert. The odds of winning will be determined based on the number of entries received. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held at 3pm on March 14th, 2010 from all eligible entries received that day. Must be present at drawing to win. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor has the right, but not the obligation, to draw an alternate winner if the first winner is not present. Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. No cash value or other substitution of prize allowed, except at the discretion of Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with receipt of prize (income or otherwise). By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to contact you for marketing purposes. Acceptance of prize constitutes agreement by winner (i) to release and hold harmless Sponsor against any and all claims, injury, or damage caused, or claims to be caused out of participation in the contest and/or use or misuse or redemption of the prize; (ii) to be bound by these Official Rules; and (iii) to grant permission (except where prohibited by law) for Sponsor to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and/or comments about winning for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the contest for any reason. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify a winner and award the prize by way of random drawing from among all entrants who had entered the contest up to the time of cancellation.
