Compared to the Legacy series, these homes are slightly larger and will range in size from 2,827-3,241 square feet, each home offering three different front elevations. These homes have 3-4 bedrooms with our largest floorplans offering an option to add a 5th bedroom, formal dining rooms, cafe, large master walk in closets, and select floorplans include a study and/or a game room. While the Prestige series of homes will offer all of the same included features and options as the Legacy series, these homes also come with 36" built in gas cooktop and deluxe range hood, 42" direct vent fireplace with gas connection, and more.
