FROM AUSTIN-BERGSTROM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - Exit airport to Hwy 71 service road, turn left (west) and enter Hwy 71 west via ramp on left. Continue 26 miles on Hwy 71 to Pedernales Summit Parkway. Turn left into the community on Pedernales Summit Parkway. The Welcome Center will be on your right.

FROM NORTH AUSTIN -From 183 and RR 620 travel west on RR 620 for approximately 16 miles. Turn Right onto Lohmans Spur and then take your first left onto FlintrockTrace. In .2 miles turn onto Flint Rock Road and go 2 miles. Take a left onto Serene Hills Drive and go 1 mile to Hwy 71. Take the first left into the community on Pedernales Summit Parkway. The Welcome Center will be on your right.

If using a GPS please search for 5348 Pedernales Summit Pkwy, Austin, TX 78738. This will take you to the community welcome center where you can either check in with the welcome staff or follow the community signs to the M/I Homes model.
