Q: Where is Rivington?

A: With a prime location adjacent to the St. Johns River, Rivington is just 6 minutes from I-4 exit 104, near the intersection of SR 17-92 and Ft. Florida Road in beautiful DeBary. In addition to being just minutes to the Florida SunRail, Lake Mary Tech corridor, and major commuting roadways, Rivington is surrounded by parks, lakes, wetlands, and rural Florida charm. Gemini Springs, the Black Bear Wilderness Area, and the Central Florida Zoo are all located within 5 minutes of the community.

Q: What is the Rivington community concept?

A: Live beyond your backyard; Rivington is a unique community of beautiful homes with well-appointed amenities in a location that promotes a connection to nature, as well as connectivity to employment and entertainment hubs. The community boasts a community pool with an indoor/outdoor clubhouse, tons of neighborhood green space, and trails with room to roam.

A marriage of natural and modern elements seamlessly integrated throughout the community, monuments, signs, and amenities speak to Rivington’s dynamic lifestyle. The clubhouse and pool will be the social hub of the community. It features a spacious covered patio and resort-style pool surrounded by play fields, and a playground provide indoor and outdoor entertainment for residents of all ages.

Q: What are the homesite sizes at Rivington?

A: Rivington will be offering 50’ wide homesites with traditional backyards with many backing up to conservation areas. Most homesites will have room with an individual swimming pool or backyard feature.

Q: What home plans does M/I Homes offer at Rivington?

A: M/I Homes will be offering 6 home plans (3 single-story and 3 two-story) on the 50’ wide homesites, ranging from 1,857 to 3,619 square feet, from 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 4 bathrooms, and will feature 2, 3, and 4-car tandem garages. Some single-level plans will offer optional bonus rooms and two-story plans will offer both the owner's bedroom upstairs or the owner's bedroom downstairs.

Architectural styles throughout the community will exemplify a combination of old-world Mediterranean integrated with traditional Florida design. Many plans will feature extended covered lanais and spacious balconies or outdoor enjoyment.

A designed model home, the Newport, will be furnished and available to tour soon.

Q: What base price range can I expect at Rivington?

A: Homes are expected to start with a base price in the upper $200s. M/I Homes’ Whole Home Building Standards, our industry leading 15-year Transferable Structural Warranty, and energy saving features through Energy Star® 3.1 will be included as standard in every home.

Q: What schools are currently zoned for Rivington?

A: Although M/I Homes cannot guarantee school assignments for any community we build in, we are happy to share the current public school zoning for Rivington: Debary Elementary (A), River Springs Middle (B), and University High School (B). It is important to understand that school zoning can and does change. M/I Homes recommends completing your own research regarding school assignments prior to purchasing.
