I just wanted to thank M/I Homes for building such excellent houses. I was expecting the worst when Hurricane Irma came through, but the house came through unscathed! Not even a lost shingle, and we got a category 2 hurricane! None of the houses in our neighborhood got any damage. A couple of downed trees, but nothing in the dwelling. So proud to own an M/I Home. Thank you for protecting our family!!!!

From the moment my husband and I wandered into M/I Homes office in Talavera, [M/I] greeted us with a sincere warmth. [M/I] made the sometimes tedious task of home buying go extremely smooth and was even a comfort when things didn't go as planned.

We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with... Extremely responsive and very proactive on communicating with us, from the purchase and construction of our new house. We don't think M/I Homes could have a better "realtor" out there representing them.

Anytime I had a question or a concern [M/I] would help me. Anytime I showed up to see the progression of our house, [M/I] always stopped and assisted me with a smile.

My home consultant was amazing! As a first time home buyer, she made my experience fun, exciting and relaxing. She was very honest during the whole process and always made sure my needs were met. I couldn't get through this process without her!

My husband and I closed on our beautiful home in August. We want to THANK YOU for what has been an outstanding M/I experience. Our New Home Consultants Hope and Michael were PHENOMENAL to work with. They make a great team. We were guided step-by-step through the process. They made sure we understood and LOVED each choice we made. Our satisfaction and needs were their first priority. We are just about settled and could not be happier with our new home and the total experience creating it. Thank you all for your efforts and support we truly appreciate it. As Realtors ourselves we will certainly refer our friends and family to M/I Homes.

We loved Hope, she was an awesome person and a pleasure to work with. Our Construction Superintendent, Dan, went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner.

If you want a beautiful customizable home - M/I Homes is the builder for you! From the very beginning of walk thru the door of the model home we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Everyone we worked with was very transparent. Timelines were given and were always met. We used M/I Homes as our lender and they gave the best rate even in this highly competitive market. When it came to closing everything being requested was easy to understand and any questions I had were answered rapidly. The quality of the home is superior to other home builders in the area. We hired a third party inspection company and they even commented on how expectational the work was done. I can't thank the entire team enough for delivering exactly what they said they would, my dream home!!

I found [M/I Personnel] to be very professional, understanding, and informative. Since I have been here, [they] have been by to make sure I am okay and to see if I needed anything. [Construction Manager] made the process easy and he was very informative. If I did not understand something he would break it down. He was very knowledgeable. [Closing Coordinator] made it all so very easy. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process of signing. She would make sure I was comfortable. She explained the process of what was taking place. I could not have asked for anything or anybody better. They made my experience very comfortable and very good.
