As you pull up to the Renato, you feel like you are entering a mansion. The 3-car front load stacked garage is ideal for both your vehicle and a workshop to store all your tools and beach gear. As you head through the covered entry of the Renato and into the front door you will feel like you are entering a mansion!

Immediately to your side you will enter a bright living room with large window and ideal for an office or kids playroom. If you enter and head the other direction, you will be welcomed with a lovely sized dining room for all those delicious family feasts.

Once you continue down the hall towards the rear of the home you will be greeted with a large oversized family room where your comfy couch and big screen is waiting to watch all your favorite movies and shows. Off to the side of the family room you will enter the oversized master suite equipped with two walk-in closets for all your garments plus a large master bath with walk-shower and optional dual vanity.

Once back in the family room, you will find an oversized kitchen for all that delicious cooking and baking which is adjacent to the café for those early morning and quick meals. Through the café you will find your way to your full cabana bath, which leads to easy access to the backyard along with a spacious den which would make for a great home gym equipped with weights and cardio.

As you head upstairs you are greeted to a large game room, with plenty of room for family fun. As you continue you will be met with a large media room. If you continue straight ahead you will find a powder room that is adjacent to a large oversized storage room.

Across from the storage room you will find a large bath that has dual entrances. Perfect for the kids and guests. Lastly, down the hall you will find a large fifth bedroom with walk-in closet. This incredible bedroom is ideal and private for all your favorite houseguests. Head back to the steps and you will find bedroom number 4. A nice sized room for a child to grow up in or could be utilized as a study or library.
