The Lyndale is a 3,324-square foot, single family floorplan that is full of customizable options! The two-story layout is great for those who love to entertain, as there’s plenty of room to do so. You’ll love the four bedrooms, loft, formal dining room, open-concept kitchen, mud room, den, second-floor laundry room, and standard three-car garage.

As you enter the front door, you’ll first come across a formal dining room that can be closed off to an optional study. Leave it as a formal dining room and you’ll pass through to the kitchen, which is also where your convenient walk-in pantry is located. Back out towards the main foyer, you’ll come across a coat closet for your guests, conveniently located just before the hub of the home.

The kitchen, breakfast area, and family room on the main floor are completely open to one another, creating one continuous space. The kitchen features a large island with an overhang, which is perfect for entertaining friends or having kids do homework while you prepare dinner.

The den, powder bath, and mud room are situated at the other end of the home. The den can be converted to a first-floor guest suite, adding in an additional full en-suite bathroom.
