Welcome to the Lyndale at Westminster Gardens.  It’s a spacious floorplan that is full of customizable options. The two-story layout is great for those who love to entertain, as there’s plenty of room to do so. You’ll love the partial brick exterior, a formal dining room, the open-concept kitchen, four bedrooms or five bedrooms, a loft, a second-floor laundry room, and a standard three-car garage.

As you enter the front door, you’ll first come across a formal dining room that can be closed off to an optional study. If you decide to leave the dining room as is, the butler’s pantry is an optional feature.

In the main foyer, you’ll come across a coat closet for your guests, conveniently located just before the heart of the home.

Farther into the foyer, you’ll arrive in the kitchen, family room, and breakfast area, or transform the breakfast area into an optional morning room. The kitchen features an island with an overhang, perfect for entertaining friends or meal prepping. 

At the other end of the home are the den, a powder bath, and a mud room, which provide access to the owner’s entry to the garage. The den can be converted to a first-floor guest suite with an additional full en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll arrive on the landing and first enter the loft. The loft is a great second-story family room. Many of our homeowners use this space as a movie or game room. If you prefer to have an additional bedroom, the loft can be converted to a fifth bedroom.

The remaining bedrooms share no walls and allow creating maximum privacy. The owner’s suite sits in the rear corner of the home and has a large en-suite, complete with a walk-in closet. We have several bathroom options such as a walk-in shower, or a walk-in shower with a soaking tub.
