Welcome to the Talcott at Becketts Landing! This floorplan is a part of our Smart Series collection and it includes an open-concept family room, a breakfast nook, a spacious loft, four or five bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a basement. 

Enter the front door and be amazed by the openness. You first come across an expansive flex room, perfect for your formal dining room or a library. As you continue towards the hub of the home, you’ll first come across two closets and a powder room for guests.

As you enter the rear of the home, you’ll adore the unique set-up of the open-concept entertainment space. Most kitchens sit in a corner, but the Talcott’s kitchen sits between the family room and the breakfast area. The kitchen includes a peninsula with overhang, perfect for barstool seating. An optional island will provide even more countertop space to prepare a delicious meal. The mud room and garage complete the first level.
