Welcome home to the T1500, part of our City Townhome Series at The Overlook. This three-story townhome includes two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a dining nook, a flex room, an open-concept kitchen, a gathering room, and a rear-load garage.

As you walk through the guest entry, you'll be greeted on the right by a spacious flex room. You'll have the option to convert this room into a study featuring French or barn doors.
