Final Opportunity: New Homes in Indianapolis' Central State Development

The house hunt is exhausting and hard. My husband and I were sick and tired of looking at bad flips, over priced shoeboxes, and dilapidated homes. Then we decided on 58/Bahr and we were elated, relieved, and excited! Working with Meghan and the M/I team has been the opposite of our previous house hunt. We’re thrilled to have beautiful, new construction home so close to downtown that we were able to customize into our dream home. We cannot wait to move in, but we’ll be sorry to not work with Meghan anymore!

The process of purchasing my first home with M/I had been phenomenal. Being a first time home buyer, I’ve had numerous questions and concerns. Everyone from my seller Meghan and my financial consultant Sheri all the way to the builder Bob have always been exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions in a timely manner. Customer service with M/I homes has made me that much more confident in my investment.

Meghan and the entire M/I family have been absolutely amazing through the building process at 58/Bahr. They all are very warm, welcoming, and patient. Meghan’s honest and calm demeanor has been a breath of fresh air in what can seem like an overwhelming process. As far as the 58/Bahr at Central State community development - WOW. There is no other place in the city where you can find all of the amenities at the price point for a BRAND NEW HOME in downtown Indianapolis! The near west side is the next hot spot in Indy with all of the major city improvement plans in the near future.

I would recognize Meghan for making the sales process so seamless, for her responsiveness and genuine care. I would recognize John for taking the project over half way. His communication and responsiveness to resolve issues was outstanding. They are lucky to have him. Overall experience from start to finish was seamless, efficient and when there were challenges, the responsiveness by both John and Meghan was terrific. You couldn't ask for anything more from them.

It was great to have John keep us up to date during the construction process and was always available for our questions or concerns. Sheri Kaim has been enormously helpful guiding us through the financing options and answering our questions. She is very patient and always available.

I would give Sheri a fifteen if I could. She was extremely helpful. I would like to recognize Sheri for providing outstanding service because she really helped us overcome some really unlucky obstacles.

M/I Homes was a great overall experience for a first-time homebuilder! The whole team made everything so easy and smooth!
