Welcome home to the Glendale model at Havenwood in Noblesville. This four bedroom and two-and-a-half-bathroom home is part of our Prestige Collection. You are greeted by a grand two-story foyer. As you look down the hall you can get a seek peek of the gathering room. Walking through the main hallway there is a powder room and the stairs leading up and down stairs. Pass that you come into the open concept design of the gathering, chef’s kitchen, and dining nook. Standard to the plan would be a large walk-in pantry, which would be divided in to a bulk pantry area.
The dining nook sits to the side of the kitchen which can seat four people and is great for all meals. From here you can access the spacious sunroom, which large comfy chairs and multiple windows that will be perfect for enjoying that morning sunrise or even an evening book.
Upstairs, you first come to a spacious loft with comfy chairs, area rug, and a table full of goodies. Across from the loft is the owner’s suite which shares no walls with any of the other bedrooms. The owner’s suite features a large walk-in closet, tray ceiling, and a private shower spa bath. This beautiful bathroom has dual vanities and a large walk-in subway styled tiled shower with multiple shower heads.
