Welcome home to the Kensington, part of our Prestige Series. The standard layout of this home includes four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a dining room, a den, and a loft. There are plenty of options in this design so that you can make it feel like home. Five distinct elevations, including traditional, cottage, and even French country, allow you to express your style on the exterior of your home. A partial or full basement can also be added to this plan!

As you step into the guest entry, you can either be greeted by a beautiful dining room with optional tray ceiling or a study with French doors. The dining room is standard but if you need a private home office, adding a study may be right for you.

Continuing down the hall, you enter the open-concept kitchen. This kitchen is already great but it can be made even more special by upgrading it to our gourmet kitchen. This includes stainless steel GE® appliances, which consists of a microwave, a dishwasher, a cooktop, and a double oven. If you change the dining room into a study, you get the bonus of a super pantry!

Attached to the kitchen is the dining nook, which makes it convenient to serve those weeknight meals. You have the option of adding a veranda or a morning room off of this dining nook. A veranda is the perfect spot to enjoy those cool summer nights and watch the kids catch fireflies.
