Welcome to the Fairbanks, part of our Smart Series. This two-story home features four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a gathering room, a dining nook, a kitchen, a two-car garage, a loft, and a flex room.

The expansive flex room starts off this home. This room has enough space for you to have your drawing studio on one half and a wine bar on the other half. If you prefer a more private area of the home, part of the flex room can be turned into study with double doors. If a bedroom is needed for guests during the holidays, then this area can also be turned into a guest suite with a full bath.

Exiting the main hallway, you enter the spacious gathering room. This gathering room has plenty of room for a big, comfy couch and a chess table. The addition of the fireplace turns this room into the heart of the home.
