As soon as my family walked in, we were greeted and welcomed warmly by Jamie and her assistant. She explained the process of what can be done if we build our own home, and how we can build a house that fits within our budget and needs. Additionally, she showed and explained other floor plans and even took us for a walk through the houses nearby that were being built for a reference so we can have a better idea when we make the final decision. We really felt at home with Jamie and we had no hesitation to ask any questions. Thank you Jamie for answering all of our questions. The next day, we came in and signed the contract and today we as a family, feel that we made the right decision.

Our New Home Consultant did an outstanding job with the whole process. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was while going through the homebuilding process. Our Construction Manager also did an outstanding job in keeping us up to date on the building process. Any questions we had, he would respond in a timely manner with accurate information. He built a great home for us.
