We strive to always treat our customers right. And another way we do that is with Price Protection.

Price Protection means that if, after execution of your purchase agreement and prior to closing on your home, M/I advertises the same house plan with the same elevation in the same community at a lower base price than the base price in your agreement, then M/I will reduce the base price of your home to the lower offered base price.

That’s right, you can rest assured you are getting the best price for your new M/I home!

* Price Protection applies only to M/I’s base price for the same house plan, elevation and model in the same M/I community. The base price may not be the lowest price at which a home is sold. Price Protection does not apply to lot premiums, options, upgrades, homes containing different elevations or features, the advertised price of a completed home or a home under construction, or prices advertised after buyer closes on the home. Price Protection does not guarantee or protect any resale prices, values or appraisals at any time. M/I reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time without prior notice.
