The New Home Consultant in Walnut Creek was great. Very personable, honest, and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and more than willing to help. He is great at answering your questions fast and ASAP. Very pleased.

Building with M/I was a great experience and we absolutely love our home. The exterior facade with brick and stone is absolutely beautiful, even more than we imagined. The selections are extremely complimentary and we are very pleased with the final product. We previously owned and sold a home built by a competitor and the quality of our new home exceeds what we had. Walnut Creek is a great and safe location with friendly neighbors and we feel we made the right decision to build here and to build with M/I Homes.

All went very well. We hardly had anything on our list near the end. That means Grayson made sure all went well through the entire process. We came to visit the house almost every day while being built. It was always very important to see everything clean and orderly after each vendor did their work. We were more than happy to see that. This means they took care of their craftsmanship.

He was very approachable when we had questions and followed up in a timely manner. And believe me as a future home owner we had a lot of questions and he took the time to address all of our concerns. I had a winning team with my New Home Consultant and Construction Manager! I don’t even know where to start with our Construction Manager! He is a very professional, knowledgeable, approachable, amazing guy. I have had the opportunity to deal with many builders in my life and my view was not very positive, but after dealing with my Construction Manager in Walnut Creek, my view has changed. As soon as we decided to purchase the house, our Construction Manager reached out to us to have a face to face meeting. He went over every single item that was related to his job. He took the time to explain in detail every single item and was available in every step of the building process.
