As you step into the foyer from the covered porch, you feel the openness of the space with the 2-story foyer and open dining room. The dining room space is a large room perfect to accommodate large gatherings and family dinners. Select the optional tray ceiling to increase the height of the space. Just off of the dining room, sits a butler’s pantry, creating the perfect location to store china and linens. This space can also double as a wine bar or buffet. Across from the dining room, on the other side of the foyer, sits a study, providing the perfect space for a private home office or reading room. Choose the barn doors to enhance the look of the study.

Step further into the foyer and you locate a small hallway leading to the coat closet and powder room, tucked away from view. Walk toward the rear of the home into the living space and feel the openness of the kitchen, breakfast area, and great room. Notice the soaring ceilings of the 2-story great room. Select the coffered ceiling to separate and enhance the space. The kitchen features a multitude of cabinets and an enormous walk-in pantry, providing plenty of space for countertop appliances and all of your cooking needs. The oversized kitchen island creates the perfect location for entertaining guests or for grabbing a quick bite.

The breakfast area sits adjacent to the kitchen for ease of flow. Select the morning room to enhance the space and to provide a great location for a quiet morning cup of coffee or to enjoy the view of your backyard.

Step through the great room and into a small vestibule leading you to a flex room. This space can be used as a play area, second home office, storage room, or media room. Select the sunroom to quietly enjoy a book or take in the view from your yard. The guest suite option provides the perfect private location for your overnight guests as well as a private bath.

Just off of the flex room, you locate a true mud room off of the garage, creating the perfect spot for backpacks and athletic equipment. There is a storage closet just off of the mud room to house all of your home supplies. Select the planning center to create a quiet homework location for your school age children, or the pet center for your four-legged, fur-babies.

Make your way back through the great room and begin up the stairs to the second floor. At the top of the steps, you walk into an open area with overlooks to the foyer and great room. If you have need for an additional living space, select the bonus room option to create a teen hangout, game room, family movie room or play area.

The owner’s bedroom is located away from the secondary bedrooms on its own side of the home. This space includes a vaulted ceiling for increased volume in the room. A large walk-in closet and private owner’s bath add to the space. Select the deluxe owner’s bath to add a freestanding tub, or the luxury shower for a large walk-in shower with seat.

The secondary bedrooms are located down a small hallway near the full hall bath. If you have need for a guest suite on the second floor or teen suite, select the full bath for bedroom two, which encloses the 2-story foyer. A shared bath option also exists for bedrooms three and four. A convenient second floor laundry sits down the hall for all of your laundry needs.

The Ashford includes a partial basement. Choose the full basement option for additional storage or a future living space.
