Welcome to The Preston; A 4-bedroom floorplan, with 2-full baths, and 1-half bath and a second-floor owner’s bedroom. This home design offers several various options that will allow you to make this plan fit your personal needs and style. The exterior of the home comes standard with a Colonial elevation with a full front porch, decorative columns and a 2-car garage. Choose from three additional, optional exterior elevations such as the farmhouse, craftsman or French country. There are options for an expanded 2-car garage or 3-car garage for an additional vehicle or as additional storage space.

As you step into the home from the covered front porch you notice the openness of the plan with the wider foyer and 9-foot ceilings on the first floor. There is a flex room off the foyer that can serve as a formal dining room, an optional study or even an optional guest room with full bath for your overnight guests. The coat closet and powder room are located on the other side of the foyer and accessed by a small vestibule. As you continue toward the rear of the home, you find a mud room located off the 2-car garage. Choose the optional drop zone or optional cubbies for storage of backpacks, briefcases, or personal items.

The kitchen, breakfast area, and family room are open to one another and create a spectacular space for entertaining. The kitchen comes with an oversized walk-in pantry for all of your cooking needs.
