Choose from several various options that will allow you to make this floorplan fit your family’s personal needs. The Rochester includes a traditional elevation, complete with full front porch with decorative columns, a widow’s walk above, and a 2-car garage. Choose the garage extension or 3-car garage option for additional storage or a third vehicle. Three additional front elevations are also available on this floorplan: Select the farmhouse elevation with full front porch, decorative columns with Y-brackets, and batten board siding, the craftsman elevation with full front porch, tapered columns, metal porch roof, and stone and shake shingle accent, or the French country elevation with covered front porch, metal roofs, and stone accents.
As you step through the front door from the covered porch, you glance toward the rear of the home into the living space. The foyer hall is flanked by a formal dining room and a study. Select the optional tray ceiling in the dining room to increase the height of the space. As you continue down the foyer hall, you notice a hallway off to the side, leading you to the private half bath and guest coat closet. Opposite to this space are the stairs leading to the second floor and the partial basement. Select the optional full basement for additional storage or future living space.
