Welcome home to the Amherst: A 2-story home in our Signature Series, with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half baths and a 2-car garage. The home includes a traditional elevation with a full front porch, and decorative columns. Choose from four other elevations such as a farmhouse with a full front porch, decorative columns and batten board siding, a second traditional elevation, or two different craftsman elevations both with full front porches, tapered columns, and stone and shake shingle accents.

Step into the home, off the full front porch, and be greeted by a large flex room that is adaptable to your family’s needs. The space can be doubled as a play room or a private reading area. If you have the need for a home office, select the study option with double doors. Choose the optional tray ceiling to increase the height of the space.

As you step back into the foyer, and walk toward the rear of the home into the living space, you pass the stairs leading to the partial basement. If you have need for additional storage, or would like to have a future living space, select the full basement option.

Wander into the kitchen and feel the openness of the space as it flows into the family room and breakfast area. The kitchen is equipped with an abundance of cabinets, large walk-in pantry, and a large island, perfect to enjoy a quick bite or for that family on the go.
