As first homebuyers, my wife and I had an excellent experience with M/I Homes. They proactively took care of us from the beginning to the end making it a lot easier for us to just to sit back and enjoy the process. We are very happy in our new home and could not recommend this team more! [Construction Manager] is the best! He genuinely cares and goes way above and beyond to address issues. Our home exceeded our expectations.

These guys really know what they are doing and put the customers first. The process from start to finish was easy. Our family couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Our New Home Consultant did a fantastic job!! They were super knowledgeable about the neighborhood and were able to help find us the perfect home for our family. Our Construction Manager also did a fantastic job from start to finish. We can’t believe how easy he made the build go for us. Our realtors said that this was one of the cleanest and easiest walkthroughs that they have done. They were surprised at how little they had to blue tape the house. That’s shows the attention to detail that Justin puts into his work. His level of professionalism really shined throughout the house. We can’t thank him enough. You guys impressed us to the max!! Together they made us feel welcomed and we can’t thank them enough.

After we moved in, people were there to contact about little fixes of things here and there. We always had someone show up. Our Construction Manager and our New Home Consultant have been great. It has been a smooth process.

We notice other builders on the area and took some friends who also are prospect buyers. M/I Homes has competitive pricing on their homes and a user-friendly way of selling these homes The workmanship and materials are good. The home was ready to be use and enjoyed from the first day we moved in.
