To be honest, we were extremely nervous to build a home because I feel like anyone I've ever spoken to that has built a home has had an awful experience. However, I can't help but rave about building a home with M/I Homes. Our experience with M/I Homes was above and beyond fantastic. This is our first home, and I honestly don't know how any home in the future can top this. However, any time we do build another home, we would love for M/I Homes to be a part of the process. Everybody exceeded our expectations. Each person involved who helped us along the process was a god-sent!

Luis [New Home Consultant] was helpful and very knowledgeable. When we had questions and concerns he was willing to answer all our questions. He kept us informed through the whole process. It has been a really great experience and to have someone right there to help us through this. Don [Construction Manager] was great to work with. From the start he told us what to expect, how the building process worked, when each phase would start and finish. When we had questions or concerns he was willing to answer them and if he didn’t know the answer he would find the answer. We visited the building site daily and got to watch the process from the ground up. He would check in with us weekly. We developed a great relationship with Don and would recommend him.

Don [Construction Manager] has so much experience and put me at ease during the build process. Since this was my first home I was really nervous but he was so reassuring. I just sat back and didn't have to worry about a thing, he took care of everything and knew about issues I saw and had a plan to fix them before I even had time to bring it up.

Wonderful, easy process, from the day we purchased until the day we walked in. A month later, we are still satisfied. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our family.

After building with M/I, I am more than confident to say they stand behind what they do and have a very high level of honesty and integrity.
