[Construction Manager] helped address construction issues and great with following up.

The new house building process is usually stressful and can become a nightmare. However, we were lucky to have [our] [New Home Consultant] and [Construction Manager] – [they] took great care of us and made our process more enjoyable and less stressful. There were some bumps along the way but they were quick to fix things accordingly to our requests. Even after closing, they were responsive and very helpful. He helped us through our warranty issues on our previous M/I home, so I was excited when he was going to be our construction manager. He responded quickly, made sure things got done, and updated us throughout the entire process. He followed through and really helped make this process as smooth as possible even after closing.
