Overall, my experience was wonderful. Had some issues, which are ongoing, but M/I Homes is working very diligently to get things complete to honor the company's vision. [Construction Manager] helped address construction issues and great with following up.

The new house building process is usually stressful and can become a nightmare. However, we were lucky to have [our] [New Home Consultant] and [Construction Manager] – [they] took great care of us and made our process more enjoyable and less stressful. There were some bumps along the way but they were quick to fix things accordingly to our requests. Even after closing, they were responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend the M/I Homes team in Fort Worth.

Milton [Construction Manager] provided exceptional service and made himself available to help us even when he was busy with other things. He made us feel like we were the only house he was working on and made sure our satisfaction was his top priority. We are so thankful he helped us through the process and made it go as smooth as possible even in today's real estate market and with the insane weather. He helped us through our warranty issues on our previous M/I home, so I was excited when he was going to be our construction manager. He responded quickly, made sure things got done, and updated us throughout the entire process. He followed through and really helped make this process as smooth as possible even after closing.

Milton [Construction Manager] made it possible to get our keys on the closing date. He made it possible to communicate with him after hours. Overall great experience with M/I Homes.

Selecting M/I Homes was a great decision. Once we finalized the contract, they contacted us every week to follow up with any concerns or questions we have. This continued even after we moved into our new home. Also, we got the cheapest Interest Rate from M/I Financial. Alan [New Home Consultant] helped me find the right house, and answered all of my questions during the sale process. Andrew and then Marco [Construction Managers] continuously helped me fix minor issues at home. I would recommend anyone to go through M/I Homes for their new house.
