[New Home Consultant] is a jack of all trades, and master of all of them. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. From design, construction, mortgage, questions about the area, etc. There's not a question she left unanswered for me. Always had constant communication and made me feel at ease through the entire process. [Construction Manager] set out a clear plan and expectations for me through the entire process. He was always just a text away, even on his days off. When it came to the final walkthroughs, he was very proactive and took care of things even I didn't notice. Even after closing, he still checks in with me to make sure everything is going well. Talk about service!

They offered so many different floorplan options and elevation options. After we met Emily [New Home Consultant], she just laid everything out for us and just made it so easy to make this decision and decide that M/I Homes was who we wanted to build our first house. We cannot be more excited to move into our new home with our family!

This is the easiest, most important decision I've ever made. M/I Homes takes you in and treats you like family. They keep in touch before, during, and after the entire process. They answer you immediately when you have a question, constantly send pictures, and thoroughly explain everything. I never thought I could be so relax while buying/building a home, and now they feel like true family! Thank y'all for all you have done and continue to do.

[New Home Consultant] is the world's best! There aren't enough words to express how pleased we are with her! She is always so helpful and communicative! She also feels like an awesome friend now! We loved working with her! [Construction Manager] is the best ever! He is always checking on us and if something happens he makes sure he is there to take care of it asap. He has been amazing and made life a lot easier. We are so happy with our home!

Was a little nervous about going with M/I Homes at the beginning but after talking with [New Home Consultant] and working with [Construction Manager], we are ecstatic about our home and the home buying process. Amazing work. Jason [Construction Manager] has open communication and any issues that arose he would correct. He has gone above and beyond what was expected he would do to make sure our house was taken care of. Thank you for the amazing house and all of the hard work that went into it.

We have a quality home at a great value for the price point, and the overall process, from contracting to closing was very pleasant, well communicated and happened as scheduled. The M/I team met, and in most cases exceeded our expectations every step of the way. [New Home Consultant] was [great] throughout the process and remains excellent - her follow up and support has been awesome. [Construction Manager] was awesome during the entire process - lots of communication, was always quick to respond if we had questions and any issues along the way were addressed with a high level of urgency. Every employee we dealt with while buying this home from out of state was courteous, knowledgeable, and took as much time as needed to help us with everything.

[New Home Consultant] was a very kind person. You could tell she knew what she was doing and she likes what she's doing. You can see from her that she likes to help people where she can. [Second New Home Consultant was] THE BEST! Very helpful, he knows what he does, he likes to help people (he helped us a lot), he still keeps in contact with us to know if we need something or to know how we are. He orients us on everything we have to do and how our house (our first house) works.

As a first time home buyer, choosing M/I Homes was a great experience. All of our questions were answered and we felt very welcomed. We had constant communication as our home was being built. After experiencing some subpar interactions with other builders, we came across [New Home Consultant] with M/I Homes. She was warm and welcoming towards us from the start. We felt valued as a potential customer.

Additionally, we appreciate her knowledge and attention to detail on the matter. As first time home buyers, we had very little knowledge about this whole process. [Construction Manager] was very courteous from the start. He explained the entire process and answered questions we did not know we had. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the process run smoothly for us.

I want to recognize [our Construction Manger]. [He] was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my understanding. [He] made me feel comfortable reaching out to him with any concerns at any time including weekends. He would go above and beyond to find the answer even if it has nothing to do with him on his part. [He] is very respectful and put his customers first. He's the main reason why our experience was stressed free. He kept me up to date with every project completed on my home.

While in our lifetime, we have 4 homes built [as] new construction, this is our first with M/I Homes. During the building process, we appreciate M/I representative's and construction manager's keeping in touch and available to answer concerns or questions. You could not ask for better response and guidance through the process. Utilizing the M/I lender saved us money, but he also gave us specific info and direction for future deductions and tax savings! The quality of our M/I home has met our expectations. We love the perks of the tankless water heater, wifi throughout the home, and the spatial functionality where our family can feel cozy or spread out. It is a wonderful neighborhood and makes us enjoy coming home!

M/I is a great company employees are very knowledgeable and welcoming. They make you feel like a part of their family. Great people to work with. Everyone at M/I made our buying process and the building process goes smoothly.

The overall experience with M/I was great. Having a home built in Texas when living in Florida had the potential to be very stressful but the way M/I worked with us made everything very easy and stress free. They are responsive, kind, educated, and consistent in their communication. They met or exceeded all of the time frames that were set and we could not be happier with the condition of our home when we moved in.

[New Home Consultant] is very accommodating since the beginning of our inquiry regarding purchasing a house. She is always available to meet us and answers all our questions. E-mail or text she is always have time to accommodate us. They [M/I Financial Representative] are accommodating to all our questions specially we are first time home buyers. They give us complete guidance on how to process our papers in financing. [Construction Manager] is very accommodating since the beginning of construction of our house. He provides updates every week and sends pictures too. He always answers back every time we do have question during the construction of the house. The home we purchased is our retirement home from 23 years of traveling with military moves. We were very nervous to buy a home and wanted to make sure that we were making good decisions in our home buying process. M/I Homes made that possible! Emily your new home consultant is one of the best, and does everything she can to answer all your questions. Wesley our construction manager attention to detail is second to none, and will not turn over the house unless it’s perfect. They are the model and face that sold the house. Outstanding from beginning to end!
