Lost Woods Preserve, a brand new M/I Homes community, is coming to Leander in 2020. This new home community in Leander ISD is conveniently located at the corner of Journey Parkway and CR 175/Sam Bass Rd, giving you quick access to Parmer Lane, I-35, and 183 A. Lost Woods Preserve is just minutes from the Round Rock Premium Outlets, the Parke shopping center, the HEB Center, and Williamson County Regional Park. These new homes are a short drive from the area's major employers such as Dell, Apple, IBM, Amazon, Whole Foods, and many others.

These new homes in Leander are designed with families in mind. From Austin via IH-35: Take IH-35 North towards Cedar Park. Exit 256 toward FM 1431/Cedar Park. Turn left on FM 1431. Go approximately 4 miles; you will see Uncle Bob's Self Storage on the right. Take a right at the light onto CR 175/Sam Bass Rd. Go approximately 2 miles and the community will be on your left.

From 183-A: Take the New Hope exit. Stay on New Hope for approximately 1.6 miles then take a left onto Ronald Reagan Blvd. Travel North for 1.4 miles and take a left onto Journey Parkway. In 1.4 miles take a right onto Sam Bass/CR 175 and the community will be on your right hand side.

If using GPS: Search for Williamson County Regional Park (3005 CR 175 Leander TX 78641) and travel north on CR 175 in 1/2 mile the community will be on your left hand side.
