Just like our 1-story version of this plan, as you enter this home through the covered front porch, you’ll find the first secondary bedroom tucked in the corner with its own full bathroom. Adjacent to the bathroom is a flex space that can be upgraded to a study with double French doors, or a fourth bedroom. Across the foyer is where the second bedroom is located with a full private bathroom, perfect for a guest suite! You’ll also find your spacious laundry room here that can be upgraded to have upper and lower cabinets for additional storage.
 
Continue through the foyer and into the large open-concept main living space! Here you’ll find a generously sized kitchen with 42” upper and lower cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and stunning granite countertops. The oversized island overlooks the spacious family room that features large windows to allow an abundance of natural light into the space. Tucked in the corner of the home is the dining room. Here you have the option of adding a bay window, allowing for extra space. Right off the dining room you’ll find direct access to the large covered back patio.
