The thing for us is we went to another builder at first. We didn't feel comfortable with them as it seemed like a pressure sale to get a down payment in before there is nothing left. We never got that impression with David [New Home Consultant] and M/I. M/I was going to make sure we were comfortable making a huge decision for our first home. I will continue to be thankful to David at the start for that. Throughout the construction, we couldn't of had a better experience with Craig [Construction Manager]. He was always sending us pictures on the side and giving us updates, even though they would end up in our portal. He was accommodating to our schedules coming from the city when we wanted to come stop by and see the progress in person. Can't go wrong with the M/I Homes Silo Bend team.

When we decided to build our new home, we knew the process would be overwhelming, but the M/I team was there for us the entire process. The end result has been very rewarding for us. We love our new family home! The community is in a great location with friendly families.
