Introducing the Briarwood, a brand new ranch floorplan by M/I Homes. This single-story home features two or three bedrooms, an open-concept kitchen, a large owner’s suite, and more. Let’s take a look inside!

Walk through the front door and you’ll first come across the entrance to the second bedroom and a coat closet. The full hallway bathroom sits outside of the secondary bedroom with its own linen closet. As you continue forward, you’ll come across a flex room that can be transformed into a formal dining room, a home office, or a third bedroom with a closet.

The rear of the home is the main hub consisting of a large kitchen, breakfast area, and family room. Extend the area by adding on a morning room, which not only adds square footage, but also lots of windows and a tall, vaulted ceiling.
