Client ConnectPersonally accompanying a new customer on their first visit and registering them with an NHC at one of our communities ensures that you are a procuring cause, resulting in the assurance of receiving the published selling office commission that will be paid at closing.
If a current customer contacts M/I Homes without designated representation of a Broker/Agent, or the Broker/Agent does not register the customer with their complete information on the registration card, the Broker/Agent will be deemed not to be the initial source of contact and cause of the customer’s visit, therefore will not be entitled to a selling office commission.
Our Internet Sales Managers are here to help you and your clients! They can help you narrow down the community and home that best fits your client's needs. Once you and your client are ready, they can schedule your appointment with our New Home Consultant. When you book ahead of time with our ISM you are still required to be at the initial appointment.
