Laundry
Check to make sure your dryer’s exhaust vent is securely connected, then, check for blockages caused by lint buildup. Remove debris, and clean as needed.
While we’re on the subject of laundry, check your washing machine’s hose connections.
A quick and simple inspection every 3 months for drips, cracks, and dry rot can head off problems that can affect your washing machine’s efficiency or worse—lead to bigger issues, like water damage.

Doors and Windows
Remember to clean and lubricate all sliding glass doors and window tracks.
No matter how you track and schedule your home’s regular maintenance care you can rest assured that by doing so, you’re not only preventing potential problems; you’re making your little corner of the world safer, healthier, and run more efficiently.
