Nick and Ann expressed that from beginning to end, their experience with M/I has been fantastic, so they decided to build their second M/I Home, just a few homesites away from their current M/I Home.

Selecting the Perfect Floorplan
Their first home chosen was the Cahill floorplan from our Prestige Series. The reason they chose this floorplan was because they wanted a one-level home—a ranch; however, they went with the Cahill and felt very comfortable, as it was a good value and had a BIG homesite with a backyard.
The George family loved building with M/I Homes, so they bought another homesite four homes down and were very excited to build again!
Nick stated that he was excited to watch our construction team create another dream home, this one called the Clayton II.
They are still in love with this floorplan because it has the basement of their dreams and a loft upstairs for entertaining, but still is a ranch design with more square footage, and absolutely perfect for their family.
The New Home Construction Experience with M/I Homes
This was a very easy decision for the George family. They did their homework and shopped the local competition. The overall feel and professional presentation of M/I Homes’ construction standards was outstanding.
When they sat down to talk with their New Home Consultant, they felt that M/I Homes had better quality, customer service, and a process they could trust throughout their journey.
When entrusting M/I Homes with their new home, they felt like they had a lot more options to choose from in the Design Studio, and the overall construction was more efficient and trustworthy.
Finding the Perfect Community Setting for Your Dream Home
Nick loved moving to his new home and the community because he was able to live closer to their church, and their children’s schools were right down the street from their new home.
He loves that the town is growing, which is perfect for his growing family! The neighborhood is more than what they could ask for, along with the neighbors and the town community.
Loving where they live was so important to them, and Nick and Ann’s family found just that when choosing their new M/I Home!
