Welcome home to the Dimora, a brand new paired home design as part of our Villa Series. The standard layout of the home features two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms that includes a study, an open-concept gathering room and kitchen, a veranda, and two-car garage.

As you come inside off the quaint covered porch, you are greeted by a lovely study with optional French doors. This would be the ideal place for a sitting room, or home office, or whatever fits your needs. Down the hall, right off the owner's entry is the laundry room with an optional sink and cabinets. Farther down the hall is the powder room and second bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and private full bathroom.

The home then opens into the gathering room and kitchen. Loads of cabinets and a corner pantry give you plenty of storage. At the heart of the kitchen is a large island with sink that gives you plenty of space to prep meals and allows for multiple chefs. For those that love to cook, take advantage of our gourmet kitchen option which gives you beautiful cabinet crown molding and GE® appliances including dishwasher, microwave, double oven, and cooktop.
