CE Class: The Forms Every Real Estate Pro Should Know #29933-RECE (This 3-hour non-elective course is essential for meeting TREC’s license update requirements.)

This 3-hour Contracts course, taught by Lynne McCarthy satisfies the TREC Contracts Class requirement. This course provides real estate agents with a comprehensive understanding of the most commonly used real estate forms and documents. Participants will learn how to accurately complete, explain, and utilize forms related to, disclosures, addendums and more. Emphasis will be placed on compliance with legal and ethical standards, minimizing liability, and enhancing client communication. Whether you’re new to real estate or looking to sharpen your documentation skills, this course equips you with the knowledge and confidence to handle real estate paperwork with professionalism and precision.

Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m., and the class will run from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break. Lunch and refreshments provided.

RSVP is required.
