Working from home can sometimes eliminate boundaries that are typically in place, like separating your work and home life. So, instead of working in your personal space, you can save those boundaries by dedicating a room specifically for work.
When you set aside a space strictly for work, it allows you to be fully isolated from the noise or distractions outside of that space. Some work looks like a desk with a computer, while other work looks like an easel with canvases or a craft explosion.
Whatever your work looks like, you should choose a space with good lighting to set up your desk or easel and make sure you have all of the equipment you need to enhance your workflow and keep you organized!

- Keep your crafts and weights organized. If you have a designated room for you or the kids to craft in, you can use cabinets and shelves to store away materials, leaving open floor space for exercise. You can also create a space to tuck away your weights, bands, and mat when you're not using them.
