Each year, a panel of industry experts from the Dallas Builders Association reviews hundreds of entries to identify leaders who show true creativity and dedication to the local community. During the 47th Annual McSAM Awards at the Statler Hotel, our team was proud to be named the Builder of the Year for 2026.

This marks the 6th time our Dallas-Fort Worth division has earned this prestigious title. The award recognizes our commitment to innovative market performance and the strong relationships we maintain with our trade partners.

Beyond the primary title, we were also honored with the inaugural Heart & Hammer award. This new category celebrates community impact and philanthropic work. Our local team supports several important causes throughout the year, including the North Texas Food Bank, Pelotonia, and the Adopt-A-Spot program.
