Enter Raffle by attending any M/I Homes of Chicago, LLC communities during the Nationwide Tailgate Party event on Saturday September 19th at 10:00am and ends Sunday September 20th at 6:00pm and receive a raffle ticket. Must register to enter. Limit (1) entry per household. Must be legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of M/I Homes, Inc. and its subsidiaries and their respective advertising agencies are not eligible. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. There will be a total of one (1) winner. The winner will receive a Blackstone® 1883 Original 28" Omnivore Griddle, griddle cover, accessories, and folding chairs. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $631.95. The odds of winning will be determined based on the number of eligible entries. The winners will be selected in a random drawing from eligible entries on September 23rd. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The winner need not be present to win. Sponsor has the right, but not the obligation, to draw an alternate winner if any winner is not available and/or does not accept their prize within 24 hours. Following the drawing, the name of the winner may be obtained by contacting the Sponsor at the address below. Each entrant agrees to be bound by and must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, altered or ineligible entries. No cash value or other substitution of prize allowed, except at the discretion of Sponsor. The prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees (income or otherwise). By entering the Raffle, you grant Sponsor permission to contact you for marketing purposes. Participation in the raffle and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes agreement by winners (i) to release and hold harmless Sponsor against any and all claims or damages in connection with the raffle and/or prize; and (ii) except where prohibited by law, for Sponsor to use winners’ name, likeness and/or comments for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any media without additional compensation.
