Welcome home to the Kentmore, part of our Prestige Series. The standard layout of this home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a powder room, an open-concept main living space, and a 2-car garage.

As soon as you enter the home you are welcomed by the spacious gathering room. With the option of a tray ceiling, you can make it feel even more roomy. This room is the perfect place to host a game day party, a family game night, or just relaxing watching your favorite movie. Adding a corner fireplace will bring your family closer together as everyone cozies up to it during snowy nights.

The kitchen and dining nook flow seamlessly from the gathering room. Take this kitchen up a notch by upgrading to our gourmet package that includes a GE® microwave, dishwasher, double oven, and cooktop. The veranda addition off the dining nook is perfect for summertime backyard parties.

Bedrooms two and three with their own walk-in closets sit on the other side of the home. If three bedrooms are not needed you can turn bedroom number three into a lovely dining room with a tray ceiling or a private study with double doors. By the bedrooms is also a full hall bath.

Also on this side of the house is the owner’s suite. This suite is equipped with a private bathroom that can be upgraded to our resort bath that gives you a standalone tub to complement the walk-in shower.
