Welcome home to the Kensington. This two-story design is part of our Prestige Series and has been carefully designed to fit your needs. The standard layout of this home includes four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a dining room, a den, and a loft. Options abound in this design so that you can make it yours.

Step into the guest entry and be greeted by a lovely dining room, which has the option for a tray ceiling and/or a bay window. It is directly connected to the kitchen with an optional butler’s pantry, making serving easy. You can also choose to have this become a study, closing the connection to the kitchen and giving you a super pantry.

An open-concept design allows for the kitchen and gathering room to be completely open to one another. The gathering room has an optional fireplace and an optional four-foot extension to give you that extra space you have always needed.

The spacious kitchen allows for multiple cooks and activities. An island with a sink sits at the center, surrounded by plenty of cabinets and drawers to give you an abundance of storage. Depending on how you like to cook, two kitchen upgrades are available, giving you different appliance packages.

Turning the corner, you find the owner’s entry, powder room, and den. The den can easily be turned into a guest suite by adding a closet and converting the powder room into a full bathroom. Both the den and guest suite can be extended by four feet to give you more space.

Upstairs, you first come to roomy loft with optional French doors, allowing you to use to fit your needs.

The split-bedroom design of the second floor ensures that the owner’s suite shares no walls with any of the other three bedrooms. Take haven in the owner’s suite with a private bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and an optional tray or beam ceiling. Two owner’s bathroom upgrades are available, giving you the bathroom of your dreams. The resort bath option features dual vanities, a ceramic tiled walk in shower, and a large soaking tub.

The other three bedrooms each have a walk-in closet. The hall bathroom comes with dual vanities standard and across from each other so that getting ready in the morning can be a little bit more peaceful. Bedroom two has the option of adding a private bathroom.

The standard three car garage can be extended to give you additional storage.
