Since 2021, here at M/I Homes, we've proudly partnered with Pelotonia to help fuel the fight against cancer by building dedicated Benefit Homes across the country.
Through this initiative, more than $14 million has been raised to support innovative, life-saving cancer research; proof that a home can be much more than a place to live.
A Year of Dedication and Impact
This year, we're continuing that commitment with 17 new Benefit Homes—one Benefit Home in every division where we build. All proceeds supporting cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center—a national leader in groundbreaking cancer treatments and therapies—along with several other leading cancer institutions across the country in the cities where we build.
At its heart, this effort is about building something bigger than homes: hope for families, funding for researchers, and momentum toward a cancer-free future. Together with our homeowners, partners, employees, and communities, we're proud to turn every closing into something that truly makes a difference.
