Each year, the Dallas Builders Association recognizes an outstanding organization with the Builder of the Year award. This title is granted to the Builder who exhibits exceptional market performance, maintains strong relationships with trade partners, and actively engages with their communities, as judged by industry experts

M/I Homes – Dallas is ecstatic to announce that we have been crowned the Builder of the Year for the fifth consecutive year at the 45th Annual McSAM Awards. This incredible achievement showcases our unwavering dedication to excellence in the homebuilding industry.

This win is a culmination of each department's incredible success. From sales and starts to closings, every department has played a critical role!

In addition to the Builder of the Year award, we also secured McSAM trophies in other categories, further cementing our position as a leader in the industry and highlighting the outstanding work from our in-house lender, M/I Financial, LLC (NMLS# 50684).

M/I Homes – DFW also gives back locally and nationally through charities such as Pelotonia, a cancer research organization. Since its inception, the DFW team has raised $385,000 and in 2023 achieved a goal of $185,000 for this notable cause.
