From downtown Austin: take I-35 South to Exit 223 towards TX-45Toll / FM 1327 Creedmoor. Take I-35 N Frontage Rd for approximately 2.2 miles and the community will be in your right.

Directions to the sales office at Hills at Estancia:

From downtown Austin: take I-35 South and exit at 223. In approximately 0.2 miles, take a right onto Avenida Mercado St. Take the first right onto Estancia Pkwy and then your first left onto Morgantown Rd. The model home will be located at the corner of Morgantown Rd and Bloomington Dr.

From Buda/San Marcos- Take I-35 North and exit at 223 FM 1327. Take a left onto FM 1327/Puryear Rd. When Puryear dead ends take a right onto Old Antonio Rd. In 0.2 miles the community will be on your right where you will take a right onto Avenida Mercado St. Take a left onto Estancia Pkwy and then your first left onto Morgantown Rd. The model home will be located at the corner of Morgantown Rd and Bloomington Dr.
