M/I Homes is proud to offer our unrivaled new construction homes in communities strategically located throughout our 15 markets, but we do not build custom homes on your land.

HOA fees cover the conveniences many new home communities offer, such as lawn maintenance, community upkeep, and more. Not every M/I Homes community has an HOA; contact our team to learn more about the community you’re interested in.
