“The builder who receives this award has demonstrated outstanding commitment to promote the objectives of the Association and the best interests of the housing industry,” the HBA Awards Criteria states.
Area President of the Detroit Division, Scott Schwanke, humbly accepted the award on the division’s behalf, sharing his gratitude:
