- January 2018 – We added our Detroit Division, building in highly desirable suburbs such as Bloomfield Hills, Canton, Superior Township, and more.
- Award Season – Several of our communities around the country won notable awards:
- Our Minneapolis/St. Paul division achieved Reggie awards for three model homes in the 2018 BATC Building Industry Gala
- A Greater Houston community, Bridgeland, became a 5-time award winner in the 2018 TAB Star Awards, and partnered with the Howard Hughes Corporation to build a GHBA Benefit Home
- New Home Designs – We expanded to several urban areas including Grandview Yard, a new construction community offering rare single family homes near downtown Columbus. We are constantly designing homes for the way our customers live today, including main-level living, open-concept floorplans, and more.
- Over 100,000 Happy Homeowners – We’ve grown the M/I family to welcome happy homeowners all over the country, totaling nearly 110,000. See where some of our home buyers built their dream homes:
