After looking at many different homebuilders and communities in the area, we came across M/I Homes at Summerwoods and we knew right away they were the builder for us. This was the first home we've ever purchased and our inexperience in home purchasing (let alone a new build!) definitely made the idea seem intimidating. Luckily for us, everybody we worked with was amazingly professional and helpful to us – from our New Home Consultant, to the M/I Financial representatives, to our construction manager. They made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We couldn't be happier with our new home and we are so grateful that our first buying experience was with M/I Homes!

I was so overwhelmed with the house buying process I was about to just give up. My husband and I gave it one last chance and went to the M/I homes in Summerwoods to get information on having a house built. It was the BEST decision we made. The New Home Consultant gave us all of the information to get started in the process and answered all of our questions. She would even follow up with us to keep us updated when we were on the waiting list. She is very knowledgeable about her job and has such a great personality. My overall experience was very good. I have built other homes, but they did not have the warmth and connection that the M/I Homes' staff had. The staff is friendly and immediately responds. This is the first time that I have experienced this connection with the builder.
