We wanted to thank Mary and her incredible team at M/I Homes for helping us purchase our first home! We had dozens of questions every step of the way, but the people that we worked with were so reassuring and knowledgeable that the process could not have gone any smoother. Mary was especially kind and helpful, answering any questions we had or going out of her way to find the answers for us. We now have our dream home in Bear Run, just down the street from my family!

From the very first day we sat down with Nicole, to the day we closed on our home and beyond, Nicole has been a pleasure to work with and a consistent source of support. She is kind, encouraging, and has been informative all the way through. This is our first house after years of apartment living and we could not be happier in our new construction.

Building our home while living in California was very stress free and easy! Our New Home Consultant and Construction Manager were an excellent team. They worked great together to make sure we were 100% happy with our home and the process, and have assured us they would be helping us with anything even after closing!
